Users can request deletion of their account and synced progress from this page.
What can be deleted
A deletion request can remove the registered account, sign-in records and synced progress stored on the server.
Audio files cached locally on a device can be removed from app or device settings where available.
How to request deletion
Deletion requests are handled through the support page. Select the privacy or delete account topic and enter the email linked to the account.
Deleting an account does not cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the applicable store.
Some requests may require account verification before deletion can be completed.
What may remain
Some limited records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.
Local data that exists only on a user's device may need to be removed directly from the app or device settings.
