Delete Account
Turbo Lingua provides direct account deletion in the app, with a 30-day recovery period.
What can be deleted
A deletion request removes access immediately and schedules the registered account, sign-in records, synced progress and related server data for permanent deletion after 30 days.
Audio files cached locally on a device can be removed from app or device settings where available.
How to delete or restore an account
In the app, open Settings, choose Account, then choose Log out / delete and Delete account. Confirm the warning to schedule deletion.
To restore the account and cancel deletion, sign in again with the same email, Google account or Apple account within 30 days.
Deleting an account does not cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the applicable store.
If the in-app flow is unavailable, the existing support page remains available as an additional verified deletion route.
What may remain
Some limited records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.
Local data that exists only on a user's device may need to be removed directly from the app or device settings.
